Mediation Arbitration Team LLC ("MAT") takes reasonable steps to protect the privacy of the visitors to its website. Any information collected is considered confidential and is not disclosed or shared outside of MAT's operations. MAT is owned by Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C. ("RWO") and information provided to MAT is therefore necessarily provided to RWO.

Both MAT and RWO are governed by the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, specifically including rules governing confidentiality of information. Additionally, MAT subscribes to and is governed by the American Bar Association's Code of Ethics for Arbitrators in Commercial Disputes and the America Bar Association's Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators.
